My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, although I did find a beer bottle cap under the stairway to the loft. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the location was great, close to downtown and attractions. The dining experience was fantastic, with a five-star breakfast. My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and all this came at an extremely reasonable price. The staff, from Angela at the front desk to the 24-hour pool attendant, was the best. However, I did find a beer bottle cap under the stairway leading to the loft, which wasn't as clean as I would have liked.

The staff were helpful and welcoming, both on day and night shifts. They were very friendly and helpful about the surroundings. The free shuttle service made it easy to get downtown for dinner. Overall, I found them to be very friendly and accommodating.

The location was very convenient and easy to access. The hotel is located a little out of town, though it's not your fault. It was great being next to a cool museum and not far from downtown. The staff was very informative about where to go in town for food and fun, with an on-demand shuttle so there was no need to drive to dinner.
